Associate Attorney:
Chhetry and Associates P.C., a New York City based law firm seeks an Associate Attorney. Duties include, under the supervision of the senior Attorney,
conduct legal research; write briefs, motions, and pleadings; interview clients and prepare affidavits; review legal documents, petitions, and applications
for relief; and attend hearings and pre-trial conferences in NY state courts and Federal immigration courts. Must have a J.D. degree or equivalent foreign
degree. Must have 1 yr of experience on the job offered or relevant experience as a law clerk in a US-Based law firm. Must be admitted to practice law in the
State of New York and be in good standing to practice law.
Salary: $98,114/yr.
